Addressing Alzheimer’s Together

Farm Bureau Health Plans and the Alzheimer’s Association share a desire to raise awareness and improve care and support for those living with Alzheimer’s and all other dementia. Our collaboration is critical to further our collective efforts to support the 120,000 Tennesseans living with Alzheimer’s and related dementia and their 361,000 caregivers.

We have partnered together with the Alzheimer's Association to help assist and educate our members about resources available to those that are affected by this disease.

These 600 events across the country are the “largest support group of the year”. Family, friends, and those with Alzheimer’s gather to support each other and the search for a cure. The event consists of a powerful Promise Garden Ceremony, a short walk, refreshments, and activities. Visit here for more information.

The Longest Day®

The Longest Day is the Day with the most light – the summer solstice. And it’s the day the Alzheimer’s Association® calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer’s disease by raising funds and awareness for care, support and research. Thousands of participants across the world come together and stand against the darkness of Alzheimer’s through an activity of their choice. Visit here for more information.
